Equipment for the sourdough bread making class
Description
Join my 1.5h class/workshop where you’ll start making a loaf of gluten-free sourdough bread, ready to take home and bake it after it rises. I will give you tips and tricks on how to make it an easy experience so you can fall in love with the process.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll:
- Understand how to feed and look after a sourdough starter
- Learn how to create your own flour mix
- Have started making sourdough bread and know how to fold and score it
- Discuss tips and tricks for successful sourdough bread making
- Have had fun
All ingredients are included in the course fee – the other items you need to bring are:
- A meatloaf baking dish/tin
- A big bowl for mixing the bread in
- A big wooden spoon for mixing the dough
- A clean tea towel
- An apron
- A small clean jar (250-350 ml) to take some starter home
