Equipment for the sourdough bread making class



Join my 1.5h class/workshop where you’ll start making a loaf of gluten-free sourdough bread, ready to take home and bake it after it rises. I will give you tips and tricks on how to make it an easy experience so you can fall in love with the process. 


By the end of the workshop, you’ll:


  • Understand how to feed and look after a sourdough starter 
  • Learn how to create your own flour mix
  • Have started making sourdough bread and know how to fold and score it
  • Discuss tips and tricks for successful sourdough bread making 
  • Have had fun


All ingredients are included in the course fee – the other items you need to bring are:

  • A meatloaf baking dish/tin
  • A big bowl for mixing the bread in
  • A big wooden spoon for mixing the dough
  • A clean tea towel 
  • An apron
  • A small clean jar (250-350 ml) to take some starter home
