Intolerance Testing

Many symptoms are exacerbated by hidden food sensitivities – fatigue, depression, food cravings, joint pain, weight gain, headaches. Take a lab test that will tell us which foods you are sensitive to and I will analyze your results.

I recommend starting with a basic Body Health Check.

I will act as your nutrition and lifestyle coach to educate and empower you on your journey to a healthier, happier life! My philosophy follows clean-eating, cooking from scratch meals, from wholesome foods full of big flavour. In addition to a clean diet, I use various techniques including exercise, supplements, food combining, cleansing rituals and stress reduction methods. Together we will create a personalized plan to help you become your best self and develop healthy habits that will last a lifetime.
