Hi, I’m Victoria – Certified Functional Nutritional Therapist
Whether you want to get on a healthy regimen, learn how to look after your gut health, digestive and immune system, help the whole family make healthy choices, or get in tip-top shape by losing some weight, I’ve got you covered. I want to help you shift your focus to healthy eating and nourishing your body rather than counting calories

Why Me
As a Certified Functional Nutrition Therapy Practitioner based in Wellington, New Zealand, I am dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve optimal health through personalized nutrition and lifestyle strategies. With over two decades of personal health journey experience, I have developed a deep understanding of the pivotal role that nutrient-dense foods and balanced living play in enhancing well-being.
I firmly believe in the body’s innate ability to heal when provided with the appropriate nutrients and environment to heal. By adopting a holistic, bio-individual approach, I tailor my recommendations to each client’s unique needs, ensuring that one-size-fits-all solutions are replaced with customized recommendations that promote sustainable health improvements.
I emphasize the importance of understanding one’s body and making informed dietary choices that foster long-term wellness. My approach is client-centered, focusing on educating and equipping individuals with the tools necessary to make lasting lifestyle changes. For this reason, I have also been running classes teaching people how to bake gluten-free sourdough bread, make kombucha and dairy-free yoghurt.

Step 1. Book
Fill out the questionnaire and book your appointment. Answer some questions about your lifestyle and health goals. You will receive an email with a Zoom link or we can set up a phone call.
Step 2. Assess
During our meeting, we will review your questionnaire and I can give you some simple recommendation or suggest an appointment or appropriate programme that best suits your needs.
Step 3. Plan
Choose the program or sessions that feel right for you and book it.
