Hi, I’m Victoria
Whether you want to get on a healthy regimen, learn how to look after your gut health, digestive and immune system, help the whole family make healthy choices, or get in tip-top shape by losing some weight, I’ve got you covered. I want to help you shift your focus to healthy eating and nourishing your body rather than counting calories
My clients often have one or more health issues, for example:

My goal is to support you in achieving your optimal health through nutrition and lifestyle changes. We are what we eat and it’s our responsibility to figure out what works and what doesn’t for our bodies. We are all unique and one size doesn’t fit us all.

Because of my personal 20-year plus health journey and what I have learned about nutrition, I am well placed to help you get on your health journey. I am ready to fight for your health – if you are ready and prepared to implement what you are advised.
I work with you to identify what your core health needs are, then create a strategy based on healthy eating and supplementation so you can achieve visible results.
My clients can confirm that I am passionate and easy to work with and I listen before suggesting strategies to solve your problems. I will start you on the journey or meet you where you are. I will make sure you understand the steps that you need to take, and course-correct along the way.
My priority is to teach you skills that will set you up for long term results, not just a quick fix. I will share with you my passion for healthy cooking from scratch so you would know what goes into your meals.
I love food and get a big buzz from creating new, healthy recipes that are gluten free, (mainly) dairy free, low in sugar but high in flavour. If you have food intolerances we can find recipes that will work for you.

How a personal consultation works:
Personal consultations can be in-person or remote.

Book your appointment and fill out my questionnaire. Answer some questions about your lifestyle and health goals.
During our meeting, I’ll review your questionnaire and develop a personalised health program. I’ll send you a Zoom link or set up an in-person meeting.
I will recommend a personalized action plan, products that suit you, and how and when to use them.
