Sugar Free Pancakes

These lovely pancakes are sugar free, loaded with protein and fibre. Soak the oats with milk overnight and you will have them done for breakfast in no time. Top them up with your favourite toppings or yogurt for extra portion of protein.

1 cup rolled oats
250ml milk of choice
1 banana
½ tsp baking soda
2 scoops All Plant Protein Powder (optional)

Toppings: blueberries, extra banana, yoghurt.


  1. Add the oats and milk into the blender and soak for at least 30 minor overnight.
  2. Add banana to the oat mixture and blend together.
  3. Sift the baking soda just before cooking the pancakes.
  4. Heat a large fry pan on medium and spray with oil.
  5. Pour a ¼ cup of mixture onto a hot pan.
  6. Fry until golden brown on both sides.
  7. Serve hot or cold with your choice of toppings.
