If you are in search of a coach who can help you eat, look, and feel better you have arrived at the right place!

Whatever is the area of your concern we can find a solution that will suit your busy life. I will act as your nutrition and wellness coach to educate and empower you on your journey to a healthier, happier life!

After initial consultation we can identify the areas we can start improving, set a goal/plan to work towards and a strategy to achieve it.

Together we will create a personalized plan to help you become your best self and develop healthy habits that will last a lifetime.

My philosophy follows a clean-eating, cooking from scratch meals, from wholesome foods full of big flavor. In addition to a clean diet, I use various techniques including exercise, supplements, cleansing rituals and stress reduction methods.

Sessions can be held in-person or virtually

How a personal consultation works:

Personal consultations can be in-person or remote.

You will need to fill in the questionnaire before your consultation appointment.

1. Book

Book your appointment and fill out my questionnaire. Answer some questions about your lifestyle and health goals.

2. Assess

During our meeting I’ll review your questionnaire and develop a personalised health program. I’ll send you a Zoom link or set up an in-person meeting.

3. Plan

I will recommend a personalized action plan, products that suit you, and how and when to use them.

Food Intolerance

Many symptoms are exacerbated by hidden food sensitivities – fatigue, depression, food cravings, joint pain, weight gain, headaches.

We can start with using the elimination diet to identify what can cause some of the symptoms. During this time you’re going to be removing lots of important nutrients and minerals contained within these foods. You might consider taking some supplements to cover the gap and help your gut to heal. I am happy to recommend some trusted brands I work with.

You can also take a lab test that will tell us which foods you are sensitive to and I can help you analyze your results and help you make the necessary changes in your diet.
